In a bid to evaluate the service delivery within the Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA), the Agency is currently conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey targeting Importers, Customs Brokers and other stakeholders of the Agency. The outcomes of the research will be used as reference in prioritising areas for development within the Agency.
